We will go directly to the fields in a very picturesque truck. In the fields, in addition to the explanation, you will cut a piece of agave to make mezcal in the style of Oaxaca.

Palenque Mezcalero
This is the mezcal palenque where you will learn the entire manufacturing process, as well as finish with a tasting of all their mezcals and a delicious meal.
